RETAIL/REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact, and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from the Salon. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates we can not accept returns after 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase for your item is required always. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DATA SECURITY

Personal details taken from clients during appointments will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of offers and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards and paypal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be required to fill a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed.
